After witnessing the struggles of rural communities firsthand, Rajiv left his corporate career to establish Banshidhar Foundation in 2010, focusing on creating sustainable impact through education and healthcare initiatives.
Priya Sharma
Program Director
With over 15 years of experience in social work, Priya oversees all program implementation, ensuring they align with community needs while maximizing impact through research-based approaches and community engagement.
